QuestionEmergency & Security Questions
Question
Who do I call in an emergency?
answer
First call 911, and talk to the appropriate agency.  If Security is still on shift they will respond as soon as the emergency pager goes off.  If you wish to call Security also, the number is 209-728-3240
Question
Why isn't Security patrolling and giving out tickets for parking, etc...?
answer Most residents wanted to see the Security Guard manning the Entrance 90% of the time.  Security still patrols; but, until we have more funds to have Security overlapping their schedules on a regular basis, patrols will be at a minimum.
Question
Why doesn't Security answer their phone when I call?
answer Their are multiple reasons why they may not be able to answer the phone.  They could be dealing with incoming traffic, responding to an emergency, on their break or lunch break, attending a meeting with the General Manager, patrolling, vacation checks, etc...  When you call, leave your name and a call back number.  They will respond as quickly as possible.
